Default big brake question

i have read countless times on this forum that your basically better off with the brakes off a bmx bike the the brakes off of a c 6z. in my extensive experiance racing circle track cars i can say 99 percent of the time brake fade is due to fluid that has a lot of moisture in it as well as an extreamly low wet boiling point. i have taken the same exact braking system pads and everything that faded in 6 laps with wilwood 570 brake fluid which is absolute junk and replaced it with ap 600 which has a wet boiling point about 250 degrees higher and experianced 0 brake fade in a 100 laps. looking at stop tech's, brembo, and stock c6 z calipers in terms of construction there is not that much of a differance. possible slightly less caliper defection on the ones that cost 3 times as much. and i realize brembo has more technology in their pistons but i refuse to beleive that unless you are making repeated 150mph to 0 stops, that with all else being equall you would see any signifigant differance on street tires. i would love to hear from the soo called experts on this board why exactly if you took c6z calipers with aftermarket 2 peice floating directional vane rotors, stainless steel lines, ap 600 fluid and performance friction 01 1 peice pads that you would not have enough braking to throw the passenger over the windsheild of a convertible ? it doesnt make sense why you compare c6z brakes with junk stock fluid, junk stock rotors and junk multi peice pads and junk stock brake lines and you compare it to a brembo with 15" floating rotors, racing fluid, lines, and pads. im about to replace the braking system on my convertible which i cant track anyway, and i really like the look of the c 6z brakes, i think brembos look like $hit the stop tech trophy series is nice but i cant see how you would possibly use that unless you were actually racing on a road corse, i dont mean driving around the track i mean racing. im interested to hear the opinion of the "experts"
