Replacing OEM bolts with ARP
I'm going to be getting new rotor, pads, and painting calipers.
I have to get new bolts for my caliper bracket because "GM requires it"
I talked with my brother and he said to get ARP bolts because they're not "stretch-to-yield like OEM bolts" or "torque-to-yield."
He knows more about cars than I do, but I'll feel safer if I ask other 'Vette owners such as yourselves.
So should I order the parts from GM (GMPartsDirect.com more specifically) or try these ARP bolts?
Thanks in advance!

I'd use the GM bolts. ARP are good also but you know the GM bolts are designed for your application.

Overkill for that application. The stretch to yield factor would come into play with heads and lower end components more than brake components.

ARP bolts are great. If you can get em use em and you wont have to replace em later down the road. Just dont forget you blue locktite.
