Guys,

I don't know a ton about parts etc but I'm learning! and wanted your opinion on this mod - is this good?

Custom Grind Camshaft (580 intake, 225 duration, 590 exhaust,229 duration, 114 lobe seperation)
.650 Lift Duel Springs w/Titanium Retainers
New Valve Seals and Keepers
7.400 Hardened Pushrods
New Cryogenic Timing Chain
Oil Pump Is Rework For Higher Pressure
New Timing Cover Gasket and Seal
Amsoil Oil Change w/Filter
New Coolant and A/C Refrigerant
New Harmonic Balancer Bolt
160 Deg Low Thermostat
PCM Performance Tune w/Read Out Springs w/Titanium Retainers
New head gaskets
Ported Intake and TB

Looks good to me. Sounds like a very daily drivable cam spec with the usual supporting parts.

It is... I got 440RWHP on the dyno with it. You got it right away, what is the difference between this and a non-daily driver cam package.

My personal opinion is that when you get to around >240+ duration @0.050, >625 list, and < 113LSA, you are pushing daily drivability. I chose a cam at 624 lift, 242 duration, and 115 LSA. I am waiting on a few more parts to arrive before I install it. I am guessing that this cam would be about as large as I am willing to go. I do my own tuning, so I can work on its street manners until happy with it.
