Check the inside of the fuse block cover. It shows the location, name and number of the fuses, ect. From the hinge for the cover, it is next to the third silver bolt. Fuse #13 is the white one with 25 on top. There is also a red fuse next to it with 10 on top. Use the white fuse puller in the upper left corner to pull the fuse out. You can tell if it's blown when you look at it.

As far as the EVAP solinoid goes, it is located in the right rear wheel well, just forward of the axle, and all the way up near the flooring. You need to raise the right rear and take the wheel off to get a good look. If you're in the garage then you will need a light to see up there.

Thanks for the great info BJK!
I took both fuses out and looked at them.. They had some kind of bronze color on them (All of them does!) do you recommend to change them?
I recently replaced my broken fuel pump, Car was running great 4 days ago until I tried to start it up yesterday, It wouldn't start at all - I took my Diablo to read the errors (No CEL on the dash), Cleared the faults then it worked after trying to fire it up 4 times. Today I decided to drive a little bit around the neighbor hood but the car is dead!! I heard some clicking from the right passenger side, then I messed/changed the fuses location and cleared the errors and it went fine! but it kept telling me about the annoying code "P0449".
Every time I clear it - it simply come back

No you don't need to change the fuses just because the contacts are tarnished.

If the fuse was blown you would have seen a big black open section inside the fuse case. Because you said the fuse was okay except for the pins being a little tarnish then it is very likly that the Evap Vent Solenoid is bad and needs to be replaced. If you can, you should also check for 12 volts at the connector for the solenoid to make double sure that it is a bad solenoid.
