Exhaust pipe expansion
I got a free Borla X-Pipe from a buddy who just upgraded to headers. The problem is that I can't get the slip fit over the stock cat back since there is a slight dent where the x-pipe got crimped when it was clamped on my buddies car.
I was looking for a exhaust piple expansion tool but can't find one large enough for a 3" pipe. Anybody got any ideas of how I might resolve this issue? I really just need it rounded back out...

I have run across this a few times.
I have had good luck going to my local muffler shop and having them use their hydraulic expansion system.
My local guys have never even charged me to do it.
I would check around at your local shops and see if they can help you.

What I did was found a wonder tool at Harbor Freight (exhaust pipe expander like rlPerry13 said) which works on pipe sizes up to 3.25" and was only $15. Thanks again everyone.
