Default CEL: Engine banks lean

So Im trying to put my car up for sale, and just recently my CEL keeps coming on, I have a scanner so I just keep turning it off. It tells me that engine bank 1 running lean, engine bank 2 running lean. This will come on just cruising around town, or at wot.

Cruising around town my wideband shows 13.9-15.1 just granny driving, and 55# fuel pressure. At wot, the wideband shows 10.1-10.7 (I know thats rich but Im not taking any chances), and 62-63# fuel pressure.

Ive taken it to one tuner, and called the tuner who did my car and both dont know why of all codes those two would pop. A mechanic of mine said it could be from a vacuum leak, but idk where it could come from. I have a boost/vac gauge and the vac hasnt changed from before the tune with no CEL to after the tune with the CEL. The car ran CEL-less for about 3wks before it decided to show up.

Quick breakdown of the motor work. 402 stroker, fast 90 intake, 90mm throttle body, procharger d1, 60# fuel injectors, custom billet fuel rails, dual walboro 255s w/inline aeromotive fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator.

Any insight, help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Its gonna be hard trying to explain this random light to a potential buyer.
