2 caliper bolts, or the guide pin bolts. Front brakes you can just remove the inner guide pins to get the pads out. Rears just the middle pin. Personally myself i just pop the inner pins out and depress the piston with some channel locks and the pads come right out. If your tracking you mind as well bleed the brakes while your at it. Pretty simple job.
Dont forget to wrap some tape or a rag around the channels, dont want to mark up those calipers.
