John and his buddies were reading up on meth injection here, maybe the answer is on the site, the only alcohol I have experience with lately is rubbing alcohol.
I currently use the Alky Control kit with 100% meth and to the best of my understanding the 91 premium gas I use gets pushed up to about 97 octane. This is with a single injector set up currently kicking in at 2 lbs of boost and pushing more meth as boost increases. Why not run 100%? You are probly lucky enough to have premium fuel rated above California's measly 91 octane rating.

I'm lucky enough to have 93 octane fuel here in PA. I don't want to use 100% meth since I have the AIS system linked to in post #2 and don't want a tank full of a flammable liquid sitting behind my seat.
I am running 100% methanol as well, I have heard 110 on 100% and numbers up to 120 octane on 50/50 mix. is the octane rating higher with the water mixture.

I also use the Alky Control System and with 93 Octane and 100% meth kicking in at 4lbs boost through 15.5lbs I get no Kr with 20* WOT timing. Car was tuned to run on 109 Octane from Lingenfelter but with some slight mods to my PE table to remove some fuel, I have been able to take full advantage of the max boost setting on 93 octane while increasing total timing from 16* to 20*. Car is still a bit rich but car runs great.
wow, i just read and hour of search results from google on this meth injection. many say that boost juice is nothing more than -40c windshield fluid! LOL supposedly the -20c stuff is 33% .. just make sure its the BLUE STUFF. as for octane i got no clue. but im puttin an ecs alky kit on when i get back in October from Australia. i got knock at anything over 10 degrees TT. no bueno
