Yep...your in the wrong place. I thought I was dreaming when I saw your question in this section.
But I have a 82 also. Of course this would apply to all C3's. Usually it's just dirty contacts in an older car. At the most, it could be a cheap actuator to replace. The fuse will control more than just the door locks.
