CatBack Restriction?
Hello all,
I got a 404 Livernois stroker, ported FAST, worked bigger valves 243 heads, 11.75-1 compression, custom spec cam, 4.10 gears and supporting mods. Made 498rwhp and about 460ftlbs of torque. Had some valve float and changed the springs to a stiffer one and also just upgraded to 1 7/8, 3" x pipe over the previous 1 3/4 headers. I have a Borla touring catback that I purchased as one of the first mods and to keep the noise down. This catback was barely louder then the stock one and now I am thinking that it may be holding me back on the stroker. Any thoughts? What catback would be an upgrade, yet a quieter set up out there?
