Installing Shocks...any other mods I should do at the same time?
For example, when I replaced the entire exhaust on my c6, it would have been a great time to add a tunnel plate...
So now I'm doing bilsteins and wondering if there are any other complimenting mods that I should add while I'm working. The car is a base c6 coupe with z51 swaybars and pfadt bushings added. Thanks for all suggestions and time saving tips
I disconnected my wheel speed sensor connectors to get them out of the way so when I reinstalled them I put a dab of dielectric grease on each one to prevent corrosion. I also double checked the torque on my sway bar endlinks. A few guys are reporting them loose or defective.
I also installed front Z06 brake ducts while I had the wheels off.
Spindle ducts and hoses to compliment the Z06 brake ducts, but only if you're going to track the car or do some very agressive driving. GM splash guards if you're going to run sticky tires (to prevent damaging the sides).
