2009 Cyber Gray Mods, Please Help
Hello all,
I jsut got an 09 LS2 with the sport package, exhaust and a few other options. I would like to start on some mods under $500.
Currently I have been looking at an lingenfelter intake and was wondering what other mods are recomended. Where is the best place to buy parts?
Also was wondering what a good price was for the mesh covers and the mesh exhaust cover.

If you are doing strictly performance mods, then spend $100 on a pair of K&N filter inserts (not an intake, inserts).
The next performance step down the road would be a ported intake & throttle body for about $325 after the swap.
I would not invest in a tune until you actually put headers or a cam or some such into the mix. Getting a tune does make your car better, but it's wasted money if you have to keep getting it done after each mod.
Go to nakidparts.com for a few cheap do it yourself mods, like the painted hoodliner. Disconnect the center speaker. Take off the chicklets and any dealer emblems.
Lots of stuff you can do without spending a ton of money.
