My C6 is overheating. The belt and hoses are OK. I turned the AC on however the fan does not come like it used to do after sitting in traffic for a while. Any suggestions?

What temps ahave you seen??
I had a symilar problem, but I had a separate control switch, found the fan controler plug by the radiator had gotten hot and loose causing a lot off resistance, as soon as I cleaned and tightened the fit it was fine.
hope this helps

The problem was a shorted wire. Thanks for all of the help from this great forum and it's members.
