Rear hatch release button-Replace?

The rear hatch on my 2006 coupe pops fine with the key fob, but it doesn't work when you push the button above the license plate. I assume the button is bad and am curious as to how to replace this item.

Has anyone had this issue and if so is it easy to replace the button? Any info is appreciated.

Its probably just dirty...check the FAQ

Thanks but all the pics are gone. This is not an intermitant problem so I may as well order a new switch and just replace it.

Mine stopped working. Removed it and took apart and cleaned it and has worked fine every since. They have a bad tendency to collect dirt.
