Can someone tell me where the hydrolic pump is? The top is not working properly and all the manual says is turn the allen wrench counter clockwise but I can't find the stupid thing.

It's behind and to the right of the passanger seat. Raise the tonneau and you'll see it.

It could be in the top module, which is under the carpet just behind the waterfall. Either that or there may be something wrong with the motor that pulls the tonneau cover down, which is located inside the waterfall.

There is also 4 micro switches located on the top frame in the same area as the hydraulic pump. These switches tell the top module what position the folding top is in.

I'm going to go with a bad microswitch.
