Need Tire Advice/Suggestions
I have an 05 with Z51... I came with the GY Supercar tires with a wear rating of 220....
My problem is I drag race it a lot.. I use Drag Radials on the rear, so my REAR GY Supercar tires are almost new, but my front tires with app 15,000 miles on them are pretty well worn...
I'm looking for a front tire that will last longer on the front... I do NOT drive it hard on the street, and at the drag strip I only go 1/4 mile with no turns so I'm pretty easy on "Front" tires, and don't need the traction of the Super car tires with a wear rating of 220..
I was thinking of Firestone.. I prefer Runflats, and have no problem with tire noise... I just want better wear out of them & I drive like an "Old Man" on the street... (which I am)

I don't know if the Firestone runflats will actually last you longer, but they will be less expensive. For stock sizes in runflats, the choices are very limited: Firestone, Goodyear and Michelin, as far as I know.
