Just received and installed PCM that was tuned (mail) by Chuck from Corvette of Westchester.
Feels 100% better and gave me a big

Chuck is a top notch guy - he was patient and answered all my questions. It was a brand new PCM that was giving me slight problem and after Chuck working at it deligently- he did his magic.

Yep, he's a great guy. I have had his tune for about a year now and we got back from a 3,800 mile road trip a couple weeks ago. The car ran great....even in the 11,000+ ft elevations. I just made sure to avoid low RPM/high load situations and always kept the car in closed loop (ie, no WOT), as I had no idea if the more aggressive tune would like the higher elevations coupled with higher temps (90's) and unknown quality of 91 octane fuel.

I'm just waiting for him to get to Chicago so he can touch up the tune in person.
