AC Problem

AC cycles off randomly and comes back on randomly.
Doesn't matter if its part throttle or half throttle. There is no continuity or trend to the cycling.
The control panel and all controls work fine, or "appear" to be working fine.
Any insight?

More information is necessary. What cycles off, the blower or the compressor. Does the cool air cycle on and off? Low R134 can cause the compressor to cycle. Too much R134 can cause a problem also. Good luck.
