Tune question with fast install??
Hi All,
Just installed a Spinmonster preped FAST and throttle body. Car seems to be more responsive to the throttle. Nice!!
Question, I will not be able to get retuned for a couple of months so, will the FAST and ported throttle body cause the tune to be richer or leaner than before install. Or just drive it.

I would drive it easy staying away from WOT as much as possible till you get it rtetuned. Thats being conservative. Some had the problem with a
CAM install and had to get the idle up for driving. You will not have any driveability problems but at WOT you may have a lean condition and good chance of KR.

it will be fine,, your ltft's will go into the positives (adding fuel) then the trims will lock when you go WOT (adding fuel there too). i picked up another 15hp after the fast and tb install just in the tune.. id personally save your money for a dyno tune if your done with the bolts ons right now. if your going cam, later, or during the winter, save the tune for then.
