Default Shift Light with RPM Switch Installed

I often see threads wanting shift light pics so I finally grabbed a few pics of my setup.

I went with the MSD 7552 shift light, I got mine from Summit for ~$55
I didn't use their bracket or anything. I used a wire clamp to mount mine.

I used Summit RPM switch 830450 ~$48 This switch is fully programmable for any rpm you want to set it. Our platform will use the white wire for RPM source and the pulse set to 2

I installed the light at the top of the drivers A-Pillar

I installed the switch down by the hood release. I left the wires a bit long to be able to pull it out for adjustments, but later found it wasn't that hard to get to.

I'm really happy with this setup, you hardly notice the light when not in use, and when in use, it is very bright It's great not watching the tach anymore

I like the plastic clamp idea. How did you fasten the clamp?
Do you have any pics of where you picked up the tach wire?

I also like the wire clamp idea. My question is how secure is it, namely does it wiggle at all, over bumps and such? Looks great where you put it.
