Default PCV Dirty Air Hose
I can see that the PCV dirty air hose (716) connects on one end to the valley cover. The other end looks like it goes into the intake manifold, but I can't tell from the figure in the shop manual. Sorry for the crappy picture but my scanner broke and this is all I could do.

You are correct. Connection is valley cover to intake manifold.

The line from the valley cover (PCV side) goes just behind the throttle body.

The line from the passenger side valve cover (Make up air side) goes just before the throttle body.
