I need to change my front brake pads, I have a couple of questions.
My local Autozone has Duralast Gold pads, $53+tax for the set. Are those any good? I don't care for ceramics.
One online source mentioned that I need a torque wrench in order to close the bleed valve properly after bleeding. I don't have a torque wrench and I'd rather not spend another $40+ on one. Is it absolutely necessary or can I do this with a regular socket wrench? Also, does anyone remember, what's the socket size?
Thanks!

im lazy, and just push the piston back in to the caliper with a c-clamp. (watch the level of the master cylinder as to not overflow).
I'd rather not do that, my brake fluid is too old (it's an '06 and I don't think it's ever been changed). Maybe I should replace the fluid completely, but that's too much work, it seems...
