I went with the Halltech Venom and Beehive and like it. I am not sure but Southern Car Parts had them on sale recently with the Beehive free($100). Install was pretty simple but I had to complicate it by removing the radiator shroud in the front to cut out the sections instead of doing it on the car. I think I did a better job with it off but removal and install of the shroud were a semi PITA. All in all a very nice set up IMO.

With the quality statement, it is very nice. I bought one on a tuners recommendation, its not really a Cold Air Intake though.

I have a K&N carbon fiber filter assy with standard air bridge that I just removed for a killer bee setup if you're interested. $160 shipped to lower 48 states.

Cutting for the Venom is optional and since it is in the front corners I have had no issues with H2O ingestion. I did it so it would be true cold air.
I have heard a lot of + and - about vararam but no personal experience so I wont comment on them.
