As long as you dont get wheel hop you should be fine at the track. get it out there and see what it does. Worst case scenario you blow the rear end then you get to replace it with gears and a new case that is stronger. Sounds like you win twice there.

If that rear lets go, you better hope it doesn't take your tranny along with it. These 05 rears are a POS.
I'm in the process of installing a C5 rear in mines right now which is stronger. I busted by 05 rears with street tires so be vary careful. I only have boltons right now.
looks and sounds awesome! I think you should change up the wheels next.. Those painted stocks look kinda plain. I noticed your liscence plate frame says clearwater, FL. I live in clearwater as well. What part are you from?

I'm going to paint those wheels glossy black and see how the gloss black matches the gloss black roof and side lights and taillights. Then, depending on how that looks, and after I burn through the run craps, I'm going to do a rear wide body conversion and get some 18X10's and 19X12's either gloss black or matte like the car.
Nice sounding car! Mean looking color, I live in Spring Hill, Going to bradenton drag strip Sat. Nov 7. Trying to get a bunch of vettes to go. That would be a good time to run it. PM me of anyone interested...
