I think you can just order it. Contact Gene cully as hes got the best prices on a lot of this oem stuff. Should be a pretty easy replacment.

I'll try to recall the steps from memory.

1) Obviously, remove the CAI.
2) Remove the top radiator cover, I believe two 10mm on each side.
3) The shroud is held in by plastic push pins, remove all down each side and across the bottom front. I don't recall any bolts, if so only a couple.
4) Now the fun part... women and children should not be close by... It's a bitch to get the bottom out from the brackets, it's wedged in on the sides. You just have to pull and bend it until it comes out. If your nice to it, it will not come out. Slap yourself and get mad at it, it's the only chance you have.
5) Careful on the passenger side, there is a temperature sensor fastened to that side and it has to come out with the shroud if I recall. It goes into the grill area and it is your outside temp sensor. But it's got to be worked free I don't remember the exact details, but you'll see it down low on the passenger side. So just be careful not to break it. It's made of plastic and would be easy to break.

I think that's about it. Not a piece of cake but it does come out. Getting the new one back in is just about as fun.

I like step 4. Its classic. So very true. I think I threw about 4 wrenches across the garage when I was removing it.

Completed the process last night... Took me about 1.5hrs. It was a pain to get it out of the brackets. Thank you for all your input! :-

Congrats on your success! For a job that seems like it should be fairly simple it is one of the biggest PITA's on the car!

Removing is a PITA, re-installing is almost as bad!
