Default High HP, improving stability

If a base coupe had enough mods to add 250 horses (bringing it to 650ish) what kind of mods would be needed to ensure nothing breaks or the engine can handle that?

Mods are twin turbo, exhaust, CAI, cam.

Some one suggested:

"get the full potential out of your kit and forge the rotating assembly, you will also have to upgrade fuel delivery to keep up with the power range"

Any more info on "forging the rotary assmebly" and upgrading my fuel delivery? (as in, what are the "things" to buy in order to do this).
In the mean time I'll be searching the write-ups in the C6 FAQs.

By forging the rotating assembly you are replacing stock cast pistons with forged pistons, which are much stronger. You may also want to look at upgrading rods and crank to, if you plan on going for even more power.

Upgraded fuel systems can flow more fuel to support more power. A Kenne-Bell boost a pump is sufficient for all but very high power installations. Many vendors offer kits for this.

You will also have to consider tires, brakes, suspension, clutch, etc.

I would recommend discussing your goals with the manufacturer of your turbo kit, and they will be able to recommend supporting upgrades for your application.

Rather than a band-aid boost a pump I would do a custom PCM and upgrade injectors and fuel pump. The forged bottom end is a must for longevity and you should also consider the components that will be affected by the added heat IE the cooling system.

Better suspension should also be considered for safety at higher speeds.

To build in safety at 650rwhp you need:

1-Meth kit since youre one bad tank of gas from a new engine.
2-Hardened output shafts in the diff
3-A new clutch to handle it
4-A real fuel system such as the ECS one. A boost a pump is a hack.
5-A tire that gives you traction/handling so you arent ice skating on street tires.
6-A6's should swap in an RPM transmission before they go to 650hp.
