Was having some squeaking noise from the suspension so i decided to replace the end links (with Pfadt HDs) and bushing (with Pfadt Polys) and problem stopped for a while.
Now its back and seems to come back every time I do a little "driving" with the car on the back roads.
I hear it when braking and accelerating around a stop.
Thing is every time i jack up the car to regrease the end links or bushings, the car is perfect for a while then the sound comes back.
My only guess is the the shocks are getting a break and then when put back to work start squeaking again.
My car is a 05 Z51 lowered on aftermarket bolts (its low).
Urethane will always do this, graphite lube will last longer but I doubt it is your shocks. It seems to help if you remove the paint where the bushing rides and then grease. May not every time but has worked for me in the past.
