how to remove bolster under steering wheel
anyone have a diagram , pic, drawing of how the interior piece just below the steering wheel comes off?

It has screws at the bottom and hooks under the instrument panel along the top. Remove the screws at the bottom of the panel, it should swing out then pull it out from under the instrument panel.

I remember now...the photo shows there are 4 push clips. After removing the screws along the bottom edge, you are going to have pull from the bottom to pop out the clips. You can hardly see it, but there are two tabs on either side of the steering column that once you swing the panel out from the bottom, the tabs will release from under the instrument panel.
