Default Cam Question

I've been thinking about adding a Cam, just wondering if any issues can arise after adding one. With the install he will upgrade the timming chain and push rods. I have headers, exhaust and intake already. Might have to change out the exhaust after because of the bullets.

As long as you use high quality parts, a good mechanic, and a good tune should not have any problems.

Depends on what you mean by issues, and what your planning to gain with the cam.

Give me a call when you get a chance. We can get you a cam that will work with your current mods or let you know what is needed with the cam to ensure that the cam meets and exceeds your goals. With the right components installed with the cam and the right cam choice, you shouldn't have any issues. We have a wide variety of cams for all kinds of applications. We can also do custom grinds as well that can be tailored for your specific combo if we think that may be a better route for you to go. We have cam packages starting under $600 and can get you everything from the parts and tune to the bolts and gaskets! We are always here to help with the tech support after the sale as well!

Thanks!
Jon

How much louder did it get when you added headers to your bullets? Did it hurt or help with the drone?

Find a good tuner to talk about your options -- what do you want out of the cam upgrade...power goals, driveability, etc. Also, a good tune is ABSULUTLEY KEY.
