Ok, I finally did it. I hit the right front corner of the chin spoiler on a parking lot bumper and when I backed away it popped the corner loose. I can only assume that I am not the first to do this
Does anyone have any advice before I try to pop the black chin spoiler back into the body work. It is just sticking down about 3/8 of an inch.
And looks like no big deal, but when I tried to do it in the parking lot, it was being pretty stubborn and I didn;t want to force it.
Thanks

From your derscription, it sounds like you didn't pop the replaceable rubber spoiler loose, but instead pulled the black plastic piece loose that is called an inner fender extension. It is the piece that contains the air inlet for the brake cooler. The rear side of this is held in place by fingers from the bumper cover that go into slots on this piece. If that is the case, remove the three screws holding the corner air dam piece on, then remove a nut and 2 more screws that retain the inner fender at the bottom. This will allow you to reattach the piece properly without breaking the fingers on the bumper cover. When I did this, I found it helpful to jack up the car and remove the wheel on that corner for good access.

Awesome. You described it to a "T". I will attempt when I get home tonight. It's a small thing, but I feel like I'm driving around with a busted baby on my hands I let you know how it goes.
Thanks!
