Squeaking Noise under Acceleration?

Default Squeaking Noise under Acceleration?
When I apply the gas Im hearing a squeaking noise, my first thought was the belt. But at 3yrs old and 19k mi it looks fine and is tight.

Could it be the tensioner pulley?
