Springs (part number)

What is the correct part number for Identifying A suspension spring?I have the springs off A 07 Z51 car,but there coming up as C5 springs.
If anyone knows thanks Chris

The sticker was removed from one.The other sticker is 15233387
The molding numbers are 22146483/22200944
Unless there's something else?

Thanks.Is there any way you could tell me what the spring I have is from?I did physically pull it off A C6 cradle.The rest of the Z51 options are there also.
