HUD Display differences in '05?

HUD Display differences in '05?
I have recently looked at two '05 vettes both with HUD and navigation. However, I noticed that the HUD display was different on the two. On one of them the tach was more like a round gauge while the other on was just curved on the left side. Hmmm... it's a little hard to explain but I was wondering if the change in appearance was significant. Did the layout change during the year or something? Or, can you choose the layout?

How does that work
How do you switch between modes? or is the just what you can do with the page button? I had HUD install 2 weeks ago and Have not seen what all it can do. But the G-meter is kind of cool.
