Has anyone installed one of these Ebay OBX kits on a A6 LS2 C6? Any fitment problems? I have heard that the clamps are worthless.
do a search and you will find a love hate with tem. seems the price is great but the fitment has been an issue. If you have a welder and torch no big deal. Even if the clamps suck the OEM ones can and probably should be reused. Also reuse the exhasut manifold gaskets whichever set you go with. Exhaust unlike some other vette items you get aftermarket it really does pay in the short and long run to go with the best set, American racing or LG are the way to go.
hope this isnt hijacking your thread but check out the ARH http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-c...installed.html
try the stainless titianium coated long tubes from jw motoring. american made and fit well. can't beat the price either. 680.00 non cat price. cats are available also.

I bought the first run of this kit for the C6, it was sometime in June but I can't quite remember. I had a non performance shop do the install since I wasn't that comfortable back then but this is something I would definitely do on my own now.( I live in a small town so no performance shops around) There were no fitment issues, they bolted right in. The only thing you will need are some O2 extensions. I also had my headers ceramic coated before install, and threw in an LG tunnel plate. Ok so the headers bolt in no problem etc etc, big deal. What really matters is this kit makes the numbers! Take a look at my sig. If you compare my numbers to other Bolt-on cars with the G6X3 cam you will see no difference. After 3000miles of hard track and street use the kit still looks good, and I've had zero issues to this point. Here are a couple pre install photos.
I would recommend these 100%.
