Stroker LS3 dyno results!
4" Crank
4.060 bore
Stock ported LS3 manifold
Stock LS3 heads
G6x3 cam
Longtube headers
11.5:1 CR
Pump gas

should be 415-416 Cubes ~ I think the final bore was a cleaned up 4.065!
I REALLY like the 400 rwtq @ 1600 rpms

Exactly. I can use my TF heads. Joe uses TF 235s on his LS3 stroker.

This was a total budget build. The LS3s have enough airflow to produce that kind of power. The TF 225s will make good torque, but not much more peak HP, and rev range will be lowered from 69-7200 to 60-6200 rpms. I would recommend going to a 245 and a bit more cam, but the 225s are not going to produce the results we are looking for.

i think if push came to shove, andrew could sell his heads and recoupe some of the money towards 245s though. I know hes ITCHING to run a 9 on motor

if u are serious, send me a realistic quote on your 225s please... intake too if u are replacing it. dont want the cam, its too big for my pop's.

Its normal tuning for header primary length and intake runner length. I can move that torque dip around with intake/header lengths and cam IVC. Its pretty stardard issue, you just NEVEr see it on other dynos, because they never dyno at IDLE....
