Default Is M2W draining my battery?

09 3LT, installed M2W basic set up, but sitting for about 10 days battery went dead.

Does M2W do this?

Should I install per "Zero Drain" instructions, and would that effect my heated seats?

I now have Battery Tender hooked up, but does this situation sound odd?

Tks.

Yes, you should install using the zero drain method. Won't affect you seat heaters. Down/Up side is the car starts in baffle open mode and you have to use remote to close valves (if you want).

Should start in open mode but than close just like stock set up. You than need to open it. When you shut down the butterflies will always stay open. Thats how mine works.

its not the M2W thats killin your battery. There is an issue on the 09's that GM and everyone here seems to think isnt an issue. Personally all the cars i have seen with this issue have been 2lt or higher. Those cars have bluetooth and i really think somethings up with that. JMOP. I finally gave in and bought a charger off the world wide auction site for like 30 bucks. A nice peace of mind for me,,,, BTW I cant stand the fact i have to plug my '09 ride into an outlet like a freakin weedwacker or dustbuster. PI**'s me off

Have 09 3LZ w/bluetooth, Mild to Wild zero drain install, no battery issues yet, after 11K & 15 months.
But it's a daily driver, when it's not raining.

Another data point.....09' Bluetooth 3LT Coupe here with standard install M2W accomplished in the parking lot at the Museum on the day of delivery 9/25/08. Car is a fare weather driver with only 6k on the clock. Absolutely no issue with battery in 15 months of ownership.
