What to do
I got about 3k to spend. I have LT headers , vararam intake and a dyno tune. So I was wonder what to add to this to gain the fastest time in the 1/4. I was thinking some toyo R888 and may be a Cam?

Gears and tires would be my recommendation, that way you do not give up your previous dyno tune, and gears are generally worth 2-3 tenths.

As has been stated, $3K is right in the range of a cam install. $2500-ish is going to be good, but you probably won't get as many of the supporting parts replaced.
IF it were stock, I'd say cam. But you already have some respectable mods. Unless you just want more power, I'd agree w/ gears.
