Default GTO pulley on vette?
does anybody know if an 06 LS2 GTO ASP crank pulley will fit on an 07 LS2 corvette

Ooooo, I wouldn't even think about trying that! If you want another pulley, just install an underdrive crank pulley; about another 10HP.

No, the belt spacing is different. The F-body and GTO share the same spacing which is different from the Vette, which is different from the truck motor belt spacing. I went through all this compatibility crap when I was building my LS1 '67 Camaro.

The belt spacing on the Vette is unique, so only a Vette pulley will work.
