Did my entire zo6 exhaust setup (manifolds, cats, h-pipe, mufflers with m2w) installed on my ls2 07 c6 for about than the cost of an aftermarket catback. Best part...I have a switch to keep it silent when I'm not in the mood and power gain was very much real. Valves open and it sounds fantastic.

I'm really confused. You say on the freeway cruising it is dead quiet, but then you say the drone is sickening. Don't most people experience drone on the highway while cruising?
My car acts the same way with Borla Multicore. If I'm accelerating at low speeds, there is obvious drone. However, cruising at 65-75 there is no exhaust noise.
