Default Specific parts recommendations wanted

Looking for some specific recommendations on the following parts you might have used and liked, or even as important, tried and didn't like.
I am looking to change the following on my 2005, 6sp manual, Z51, 25,000 mile stock C6:

1. Looking for cold air intake?
2. Looking for ported intake/throttle body?
3. Looking for new exhaust system, both for sound and performance?
4. Looking for a good tuner in the Virginia, North Carolina area?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

1.) honker
2.) PM Spinmonster
3.) Subjective, people are going to have differing opinions on what sounds good and what works the best. For me, OEM muffler && Kooks 1 & 3/4 do the trick. You may want to also consider local law/ordinance before you go tossing a loud system on.

Default C6 Z51 Mods

I've got an '06 Z51 MZ6 and have done all these things.
1. CAI--There are several which stand out depending on what mods you're willing to do to accommodate them--i.e. radiator shroud modification. CCA (Forum vendor in Va.) sells Air Raid intake--new on market. Vararam Gen 2 is popular--may require mods. I run SLP Blackwing--no mods necessary. You'll hear many extravagant claims about rwhp increase on some of them (read ) You WILL pickup some hp but COLD airflow is key.

2. Ported Intake/TB is a BIG help and two of the standouts are: SpinMonster who does a great job for a worthy cause, and Jeremy Formato from Fasterproms (both Forum vendors) who does a great job--both are cutting edge technology--both are cheaper than FAST intake purchase but perhaps slightly less torque.

3. Exhaust system--I run LG Pro LT's with hi-flow cats and Off-road X-pipe and Corsa Sport with Quad tips. In my opinion, it doesn't get any better than that, but some folks prefer Kooks. 1 7/8" is best.

4. Not sure about your area in Lynchburg for tuners or your willingness to travel but Zip in Mechanicsville, Va. (forum vendor) is full service vendor but takes their Dyno work to N.C. Hope this helps.
