Oil Pan Replacement
Sunday night I ran over a rather large piece of metal on the highway, despite my best efforts to avoid it. I managed to make it back to my driveway, but I found a crack in the oil pan. My question is; can I just replace the lower section of the pan or do I have to replace the whole pan? I have checked a few aftermarket dealers and I have had no luck. I found the whole pan from the Chevrolet dealer, but at $900.00, I hate to buy the whole thing. The dealers don't list the lower pan separately. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Don.
