Default LS3 Fuel line removal

Just adding new fuel rail covers. What is the best way to remove the fuel line on the LH bank?

pop the cover up enough to get access to where the fuel line meets the rail, you'll pop a clip off and can use this type of tool purchased for $4 at o'reilly auto to pop the fuel line off:

(just buy the size you need, 3/8th, not the whole kit)

After I made my own from a irrigation system elbow, I saw these at the car parts store. Much easier to buy one of these.

It really is simple. Remove the external retainer clip, put this over the solid fuel line and slide it into the connector. This will push back the spring retainer clips inside the connector and the line will pop off..

You can also pick up a set of plastic fuel line tools. They have never let me down. Heres a link.

How are the fuel rail covers connected??? Does anyone have pictures underneath the cover???

Just a couple small clips on the fuel rail. Yank away.

Just pull it up. You will not hurt them.
