Get mad and start yanking on it. Seriously. I wanted to burn this thing after I got it out. There are two clips that attach on the bottom to the bumper that you have to remove from underneath. Then you will need somebody to pull up on while you push in the middle from below to bow the center out and get those two attachment points at the bottom out.
