I would buy just off the shelf rotors, new rotors by any other name will work just as good as ac delco.
They all warp after a while for what you pay for 1 set of ac delco you can have 2 sets of aftermarkets.
I use rotors from pep boys, advance and autozone as well as other parts stores, the only difference is the more expensive rotors will have a 1 or 2 year warrantee and they will be in a differnt box, you pay for the replacement set upfront on brand name and if you don't replace them they make out and you loose the extra money.
Almost all rotors can be cut once, after that you toss them and buy new.

We sell quite a few of the ACDelco drilled/slotted performance replacement rotors for the C6 (on special this month) and also the Z51 Rotors. If you don't already have Z51, you'll need the caliper brackets as well. The Z51 come zinc plated to prevent rusting.
Thanks

Have you ever tracked the car with the aftermarket rotors?
Check with Gene Culley at GM Parts House - Forum sponsor
I agree, I have ordered myself from Gene and Patrick and they are a pleasure to work with, great knowledge and customer support, Funny thing is I was just talking to Gene This morning about z51 rotors for my ride, Great prices for factory GM replacement parts, I Will purchase mine form them to go along with the ceramic pads I ordered from them...

No I haven't but drove millions of street miles with them, and installed them on hundreds of cars, I seriously think the drilled rotors cause there own problems weakining the rotor, and the new compound they use for pads just makes more heat causeing more problems.
When I drag raced the only thing we used were the cheapest brake shoes avalible and drum brakes, because there was less drag once you took your foot off the brake, and the cheap shoes stopped way better than the lakewood hi tech shoes of the day(just what they use on everything today), I remember guys who put those hi tech shoes on sailing into the catch nets at some of the tracks.
Drive something like a 70's big block vette (old shoe tech) and you will think your Zo6 or Z51 has grease on the pads.

Interesting comment. I've been driving disk brake automobiles since they became standard equipment. At first it was front only. I've only had a problem with warping once. That was on a Ford Thunderbird and it was re-called for that reason. I've never had my rotors turned and I have done every brake job myself.
if you happen to find blanks at a reasonable price please let the
Z51 world know!!!!
I just spent days looking at this. Finally, decided on Centric, but they are cross drilled. I got all 4 for $278 with free shipping.
I did find that EBC makes Z51 rotors that are slotted and dimpled which would be the next best thing to blanks I guess. These are more expensive. I think they are called 3GD sports.
One of the online auto parts stores had a 15% off coupon and I priced the EBCs at ~$550 for all 4 with free shipping using the coupon.
BTW to the OP. I do not believe that the ACDELCO rotors are Z51 sized. Just FYI.
