Default Fender Hash Stripe

Just received my Left Fender Hash Stripe and would like some help. What can I put on the fender while I'm positioning the tape stripe on?

soap in water, make a little mix of it and either wipe a lot of it on the fender or dip the stripes in it before applying. thats what i always use. It will allow you to slide the stripes around without sticking to the car. BUT you must let it dry completely before you remove the white paper from the front of the stripes, or it will peal off the car lol. (ask me how i know)

I use a spray bottle with a soap / water mixture. Spray it on the fender and the sticky side of the stripes. Use a small (about the size of a credit card) felt "squeegee" to remove the water from under the stripes once they are in place. and let dry a bit. Then remove the backing paper. If the stripe comes off a bit, just use the squeegee to push it back in place and use to help remove any bubbles.

Take your time and don't rush it.

You can normally get the felt squeegee at an automotive finish store.

Statistical evidence shows that decals improve performance by at least 10%.

If this were in C6 Gen there would be at least 10-12 pages by now
