The SLP HO pump is also another route you can go and it has some additional porting as well. It also has some clearencing done to accept the double roller timing sets with no issues.
I'm using a ported LS6 pump on my FI LS3. Works great! Solid pressures everywhere no matter the temperature.
They'll probably be upgrading the valve springs and pushrods as well, I suggest having the timing set upgraded while they're in there. Just a little more cheap insurance.
Just make sure they're not charging you a lot extra for installing/replacing/upgrading parts they're taking off anyway. Maybe it's just me, but that drives me NUTS!
