did you happen to remove a runner at all?
I noticed two things that I cleaned up when I did the same lower runer matching that you did.
1) There was considerable casting flash on the inlet of the runners that I cleaned up..individually.
2) 3 out of 8 injector inlets had flash as well.
I picked up 13 hp and 24 ft lbs on my Forged 427 LS7, same dyno with 3 degres same temp.
