Am I crazy?
Got in from work this afternoon and shut off the car. As I exited the vehicle with my hand on my steering wheel, it made a popping sound and turned slightly. I sat back down in the car and turned the wheel from right to left several times. Shouldn't my steering wheel be locked when the vehicle is in park and off?

Thanks, I honestly couldn't remember, and I've had car since new. My shop manuals show a steering column lock and describe procedures for diagnosing it. Maybe a leftover from the '05 manuals.
