Default GM performance exhaust

Does anyone have any comments or experience with GM perfomance exhaust systems? Maybe look into other aftermarkets systems?

I've had the off-road version for several years now. Very happy with it.

Unless anything has changes it is BORLA with a different stamp on the tips.. The GM offroad is the borla stingers. The street ones are touring.

Keep in mind that the C6 has serious issues with cabin drone. So it's a tradeoff. Best bet is dual mode.

I am new to late model corvettes. Can you point me to a place where I can learn more about dual mode and different exhaust systems. I have seen and driven a 2006 with Corsa and I liked the unit.

Any help would be appreciated.

You're in the right place. Go to some corvette shows. Problem is that to really evaluate an exhaust you need to live with it for a few months and take a long trip which is not possible. Some guys here have changed exhaust multiple times. Some have put on Bullets, driven a few miles and taken them off.

No matter what you pick the Ford's sound better, been that way for 40 years, go figure. I have the performance ones on my 05 convertible, there ok but nothing to write home about.

I have a video clip of them side by side, stock vs performance, email me and I'll send clips.

Not True in my case! I have the GM off-road (Borla Stingers) on my Vette, and no drone issues at speed or in town-just good sound!
