Default Any Suggestions on Heads

I have a 05 C6 , A4 with ARH 1 ¾ W/High Flow Cats and X pipes, Cam package 228/232 588.595 114 LSA w/Patriot Dual Valve Springs, 160 T-stat, Halltech CAI, Vette-Air Scoop, Ported intake and T-Body, putting down 420/400 rwhp/tq with a conservative tune. I want to bump that up a bit. I was thinking about heads and a fast. However I/m not sure what heads to use. I don’t want to lose any low-end tq and would like to increase it if possible. Any suggestions on what heads and whatever, AFR 205, 215, 225 etc.?
Thanks

TFS (Trick Flow Specialties) heads are very popular right now and for good reason, they do make lots of power in most cases.
But there is still power to be made with a good ol' set of properly ported, tried & true LS2 (aka: LS6, aka: 243 casting) heads as well.
LS3 heads (ported or even stock) can make good power as well but will require a new intake manifold which you might be buying anyway so that's another option.
